1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "you", "your") and bjok (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bjok website located at https://bjok.io and all associated products, services, and gaming content available through the platform.

bjok is an online betting and gaming platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a cricket sportsbook, live casino games, slots, and other gaming products, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3 Account Registration

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all bjok accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact bjok support to arrange an alternative verified payment channel.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

8.2 Palpable Errors

8.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

For cricket and other sports markets, where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time for settlement has been reached, bets will be voided and stakes returned. 8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations and market suspensions. bjok uses automated systems and manual trading oversight to manage live markets. In circumstances where a live bet is accepted after the relevant event outcome has already been determined — whether due to a technical delay or data feed latency — bjok reserves the right to void the bet.

9 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slots titles available through the bjok Casino lobby are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9.1 Game Malfunctions

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
